Customs (Bayan)

Service Description

Request to obtain the renewal of a fluid transfer license (oil derivatives - chemical fluids) among marine facilities in the Sultanate of Oman.

  1. - Approval of other authorities (Ministry of Transport, Communications and Information Technology - Royal Oman Police)
  2. A copy of the ship's valid insurance
  3. A copy of the ship's emergency plan
  4. Bring proof of its contract with a company specialized in combating environmental pollution, or evidence of the company's ability to combat environmental pollution
  5. Applying what is stated in the regulations and undertaking in writing to bear all procedures and costs for any leakage that may occur in the marine environment
