The Invest Easy portal (One Stop Shop) provides fast and easy e-services to help set up and manage companies in Oman. Using the e-services helps minimize paperwork and save costs and time.


Customs (Bayan)

Bayan system is an online one-stop-shop offered by the Royal Oman Police (ROP) - Directorate General of Customs that facilitates seamless, convenient and fast clearance of goods for trading communities.

Service Description

The entity is required to apply for an environmental license renewal application for projects that have combustion sources (boiler - furnace - power generators - mechanical incinerator)

  1. - Technical information report for each combustion source including (capacity, design, drawings and photographs for each combustion source and chimneys)
  2. - Gaseous emissions monitoring report from the combustion source
  3. - Information on the amount of fuel used, the length of the chimneys, the period of operation of the combustion source, and the type of gas used
  1. - The regulations for controlling air pollutants emitted from fixed sources issued by Ministerial Resolution No. (118/2004)
  2. - Adherence to the technical requirements of the licenses issued by the authority
