Business (Invest Easy)

The Invest Easy portal (One Stop Shop) provides fast and easy e-services to help set up and manage companies in Oman. Using the e-services helps minimize paperwork and save costs and time.


Customs (Bayan)

Bayan system is an online one-stop-shop offered by the Royal Oman Police (ROP) - Directorate General of Customs that facilitates seamless, convenient and fast clearance of goods for trading communities.



Ministry of Manpower provides a single online platform to the Citizens and Business Owners to find services related information and apply for those services through a unified and easy to use application.

Service Description

The citizen applies to obtain a license to practice the Sanad Services Center activity.

  1. The license application shall be submitted on the form prepared for this purpose through the system, accompanied by the following documents:
  2. 1- A copy of the identity card.
  3. 2- A copy of the CV approved by the Ministry of Labor.
  4. 3- An original non-conviction letter from the Royal Oman Police.
  5. 4- A copy of the academic qualification.
  6. The license applicant must provide the Department, within a period not exceeding (60) sixty days from the date of the initial approval, with the following documents:
  7. 1- A copy of the commercial register papers, including the activity of printing and photocopying documents, and the activity of the transaction processing offices.
  8. 2- A copy of the certificate of affiliation with the Amman Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
  9. 3- A copy of the entrepreneurship card.
  10. 4- Any other documents specified by the Centers Committee.
  1. 1- To be Omani or an Omani company whose number does not exceed (4) four people.
  2. 2- To be one of the sons of the state in which he wants to open the center, with the exception of requests for Muscat Governorate.
  3. 3- The applicant must not be less than (18) eighteen years, and does not exceed (50) fifty years.
  4. 4- He should not have previously obtained a license during (3) the three years preceding the submission of the application.
  5. 5- To be non-workers in any of the governmental or private sectors.
  6. 6- He must abide by during the first five years of the date of granting the license, not to be an individual merchant, one person’s company or partner in one of the companies, or has a legal relationship with that institution, or the company except for the licensed commercial registry.
