Business (Invest Easy)

The Invest Easy portal (One Stop Shop) provides fast and easy e-services to help set up and manage companies in Oman. Using the e-services helps minimize paperwork and save costs and time.


Customs (Bayan)

Bayan system is an online one-stop-shop offered by the Royal Oman Police (ROP) - Directorate General of Customs that facilitates seamless, convenient and fast clearance of goods for trading communities.



Ministry of Manpower provides a single online platform to the Citizens and Business Owners to find services related information and apply for those services through a unified and easy to use application.

Service Description

Request to renew the entrepreneurial card after completion

  1. Attach proof of the social insurance paper for full-time owners of small and medium enterprises (with the exception of retirees).
  2. Attach a proof of assignment, in case of leaving the government sector.

  1. - That the institution be registered with the Small and Medium Enterprises DeveloPMent Authority.
  2. - That the Foundation's main headquarters be within the Sultanate’s borders.
  3. - The institution should not be affiliated or a branch of a large institution.
  4. - The Foundation should not have previously obtained a business card during the two years before the date of submitting the application, and it was waived by any means
  5. - The owner of the institution does not to be extracted from the entrepreneurial card has previously obtained a business card for another institution owned by him or for an institution in which he is a partner during the past two years.
  6. - That the institution be entirely owned by full -time Omani individuals to manage the institution and registered in the General Authority for Social Insurance, and the retirees are excluded.
  7. - That the owner/owners of the Full Foundation be registered in social insurance as an employer, and the retirees or those who exceed the age of (60) sixty years are excluded from the registration requirement

The entrepreneurial card may be issued to government employees who benefit from Resolution No. 2/2016 regarding the regulations for allowing government employees to devote himself to establishing and managing their own institutions issued by the Ministry of Labor, during the period of benefiting from the decision only.
