- - Providing a certificate from an official authority specialized in the main center (the mother country) for the foreign partner stating that the company /institution is practicing its work and that its expertise is not less than ten years in the same field, certified according to the legal procedures.
- 2- Providing a meeting /decision minutes from the Board of Directors, the main center (mother) for the foreign partner, which includes the following:
- C- The appointment of the Omani partner to participate in the company to be established.
- D- Set the tool to be participated in.
- C- He pledged to take responsibility towards the participating share.
- D- Appointment of a certified commissioner's director to sign.
- 3- Providing an approved copy of scientific and practical qualifications in the same field to be practiced (for the accredited manager), provided that his experiences are not less than ten years after obtaining a bachelor’s degree.
- 4- The company’s establishment contract at the main center is certified.
- 5- The last budget for the company in the main center (the mother country) is certified.
