Service Description
The service specializes in issuing licenses for Accounting and Audit offices, where the application is submitted via email to the department (pols@tejarah.gov.om), along with the required documents. The application will be presented to the committee responsible for preliminary approval. If the committee approves, the applicant will take an oath in front of the Minister or their representative. After that, a written approval will be issued to the applicant, who will then submit the application electronically along with the written approval and all required documents for final electronic approval.

- • Required requirements for foreign companies:
- 1- Providing a certificate from an official authority specialized in the main center (the mother country) for the foreign partner stating that the company /institution is practicing its work and that its expertise is not less than ten years in the same field, certified according to the legal procedures.
- 2- Providing a meeting /decision minutes from the Board of Directors, the main center (mother) for the foreign partner, which includes the following:
- A- The appointment of the Omani partner to participate in the company to be established.
- B- Set the tool to be participated in.
- C- He pledged to take responsibility towards the participating share.
- D- Appointment of a certified commissioner's director to sign.
- 3- The establishment of the company in the main center is certified.
- 4- Presenting an accredited copy of scientific and practical qualifications in the same field to be practiced (for the accredited manager), provided that his experiences are not less than ten years after obtaining a bachelor’s degree.
- 5- The last budget for the company in the main center (the mother country) is certified.
- 6- A summary of the work carried out by the company during that period in the same specialization.
