The Invest Easy portal (One Stop Shop) provides fast and easy e-services to help set up and manage companies in Oman. Using the e-services helps minimize paperwork and save costs and time.


Customs (Bayan)

Bayan system is an online one-stop-shop offered by the Royal Oman Police (ROP) - Directorate General of Customs that facilitates seamless, convenient and fast clearance of goods for trading communities.

Service Description

The service enables the owner of the private center to submit a request to add/cancel an activity to the rehabilitation center / vocational rehabilitation center.

  1. • A letter from the owner of the center requesting to add an activity.
  2. • Attaching a technical proposal for the activity.

  3. • The lack of technical notes from the department competent on the center in the current activity

In the event of a request to add an activity, the Rehabilitation Centers Affairs Department and the Vocational Rehabilitation Department will study the request and verify its fulfillment of all the requirements and the absence of previous notes on the center. A team of sections visit the building to verify its suitability for the required activity. The applicant is informed of the notes to address and visit the center again to verify them. In the event of cancellation, the departments study the causes and put an opinion report. Sections submit a technical report to the director of the department in addition to the recommendation.
