The Invest Easy portal (One Stop Shop) provides fast and easy e-services to help set up and manage companies in Oman. Using the e-services helps minimize paperwork and save costs and time.


Customs (Bayan)

Bayan system is an online one-stop-shop offered by the Royal Oman Police (ROP) - Directorate General of Customs that facilitates seamless, convenient and fast clearance of goods for trading communities.

Service Description

This service enables the owner of the private center to submit a request for approval to open another branch for the Rehabilitation/Vocational Rehabilitation Center.

  1. • Letter of opening a branch for the current center.
  2. • Technical proposal about the intended branch and the activities to be conducted at the new branch.
  3. • Letter from the center's owner to the Rehabilitation Department requesting a change in the rehabilitation session fees.
  1. • The absence of technical notes from the competent department on the center and the activity that it exercises.
  2. • The center must be under the supervision of the Ministry of Social DeveloPMent.

  2. The applicant submits a request to open a branch for the center at the Post and Documentation Department, with all the documents and perceptions required to open the center’s branch, explaining the type of activity (disabilities, autism, professional, rehabilitation, disabilities and autism)

The Rehabilitation Centers Affairs Department and the Vocational Rehabilitation Department study the request and verify its fulfillment of all conditions and the absence of notes on the existing center. Then visit the specialized department to inspect the proposed building and verify its fulfillment of the work requirements and make the notes, if any, and visit the building again after addressing the notes. A technical report is prepared and submitted to the director of the department

  10. The center's owner is directed to pay the license fees and bring the bank guarantee. The director of the department approved the application and issues a license for the branch and sign it.
