Business (Invest Easy)

The Invest Easy portal (One Stop Shop) provides fast and easy e-services to help set up and manage companies in Oman. Using the e-services helps minimize paperwork and save costs and time.


Customs (Bayan)

Bayan system is an online one-stop-shop offered by the Royal Oman Police (ROP) - Directorate General of Customs that facilitates seamless, convenient and fast clearance of goods for trading communities.

Service Description

This service allows the current center owner to submit a request expressing their intention to sell the rehabilitation/vocational rehabilitation center and transfer the license to another individual.

  1. • Letter of transfer of license from the old owner to the new owner.
  2. • Copy of the civil IDs of both parties.
  3. • Application form for opening an Individuals/Companies Rehabilitation Center.
  4. • Pledge to comply with the regulatory conditions.
  5. • A copy of proposal for opening rehabilitation centers (feasibility study on project components).
  6. • Copy of the commercial register with the added disability rehabilitation activity.
  7. • Copy of one of the academic certificates (Bachelor's, Master's, Doctorate).
  8. • Copy of the membership card from the Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
  9. • Passport-sized photo.
  10. • Non-Convinction certificate for individuals.
  11. • Bank statement for the last 6 months.
  12. • Bank guarantee after final approval.

  2. • To be Omani, or from the citizens of one of the countries of the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf.
  3. • His age is not less than (25) Gregorian years in the date of the license application, and that he is enjoying full legal eligibility in accordance with his country's law.
  4. • He must not have convicted him of a necknotherapy, unless he was rehabilitated.
  5. • Not to have previously been disciplined by the service of government or the private sector, unless the decision to separate it has passed.
  6. • To have a university qualification or what is equivalent to one of the universities or scientific institutions
  7. • He must have the financial ability, so that he can practice the activity subject to the license, and this is proven by a bank certificate issued by one of the banks licensed in the Sultanate, and the estimate of that ability to the competent authority is in light of the nature and type of activities and services subject to the license application.
