Issuing a replacement for a lost seafarer’s official identity document granted by the Maritime Authority to seafarers who meet the professional and health requirements for work or training on board ships, and authorizes them to enter and exit to and from the international ports in which the ship docks, and records the maritime service data for the seafarer
