Service Description


Issuing permits for excavation and cutting on the road or beside it at the same time to pass the required service

  1. An official letter in Arabic addressed to the Director of the Roads Department in the governorate (from the project owner and the contractor/consultant) containing:
  2. Project name - Project information and details (Wilayat, road) - Contact number of the person concerned with the project and follow-up
  3. - 3 copies of colored plans approved by the Ministry of Housing and showing:
  4. Road details (plan, cross section) - Buildings and facilities - Service lines and distance from the middle of the road to the service line location - Maps size A3, A0 or A1 - A digital copy of the maps provided in (Google Earth & Autocad) (Kmz file)
  5. - A timeline for the project specifying the start and end date of the project (for permits for service lines on the roads of the Ministry)
  6. - Bank guarantees, determined according to the type of work and after studying the plans and the field visit.

  2. - Adherence to all the requirements shown in the organizational regulations for the protection of roads and their facilities
