A service available to the private sector in which related procedures are carried out with a number of government units in order to renew a license to practice journalism.
- For Omanis:
- A copy of the ID card from both sides
- Academic qualification in the field of media
- Experience certificate in the case of non-media specialization, provided that it is not less than two years

- For non-Omanis:

- A university qualification in his field of work and proves that he has practiced radio or television work or the profession of journalism for at least 5 years.
