www.tejarah.gov.om- - The registration letter is a site of at least three of the founders.
- - A list of members of the founding committee
- - The company's establishment contract is accredited to shareholders.
- - The company's articles of association are accredited to shareholders.
- - Lectures of the companies meeting to agree to the establishment of the company if the shareholders are companies (legal persons).
- Copy of ID cards, passports, or residence cards for shareholders and members of the Constituent Commission.
