Service Description


Registration of a public or closed Omani joint stock company (under establishment)

  1. - The registration letter is a site of at least three of the founders.
  2. - A list of members of the founding committee
  3. - The company's establishment contract is accredited to shareholders.
  4. - The company's articles of association are accredited to shareholders.
  5. - Lectures of the companies meeting to agree to the establishment of the company if the shareholders are companies (legal persons).
  6. Copy of ID cards, passports, or residence cards for shareholders and members of the Constituent Commission.
  7. - It provides all documents supporting the Arabic language, and if these documents are in a foreign language, it is attached to a translation in the Arabic language, certified, accredited.
  1. - The joint stock company is divided into shares, and the shareholder is only asked to the extent that its contribution to the capital.
  2. - The joint stock company consists of (3) at least three people from natural or legal persons, and the companies that are established by the state are excluded on its own or in conjunction with another.
  3. The issued capital may not be less than (2,000,000) two million Omani riyals
