Service Description


A request for a manual request to the Commercial Facilities Control Department by companies wishing to structure their debt

  1. - Submit a manually applied to the following documents:
  2. - A letter addressed to the Department of Auditing and Control of Commercial Facilities includes the reasons for the financial and administrative turmoil, the date of its origins, and what measures the merchant has taken to avoid its occurrence or address its effects, and the procedures that the debtor sees is necessary to get out of it.
  3. - A testimony from the Commercial Registry Secretary proving that the debtor merchant is imposed by the special provisions in the registry for the two years before the request for restructuring.
  4. - A testimony from the Commercial Register Secretary stating that the debtor's dealer's bankruptcy does not declare, or a conciliatory conciliation contract from him.
  5. - A certificate from the Amman Chamber of Commerce and Industry stating that it is affiliated with the Chamber for the previous two years on the request for restructuring, or its copies of the certificate of affiliation for the previous two years.
  6. - A copy of the financial statements listed for the previous two years.
  7. - A statement of the total personal expenses associated with the accounts of the debtor or its relevant merchant for the previous two years.
  8. - A detailed statement of the money transferred and real estate for the debtor merchants, and its approximate value when requesting the restructuring.
  9. - A statement of the names of the creditors and the debtors, their addresses and the amount of their rights or debts
