Service Description


The service is an introduction to citizens who have talent in chanting and those wishing to extract a permit to practice this activity.

  1. • Adoption of the governor of the state application form.
  2. Fill in forms.
  3. • Attach a copy of the ID card.
  4. • A letter of approval of the guardian and his ID card, for those who are under the age of 18.
  5. • Certificate of good conduct and behavior from the Royal Oman Police.
  6. Two personal photos.
  7. • Attach a CV, scientific degrees and experiences, if any.
  1. • That the service applicant be Omani.
  2. • The approval of the guardian for those under the age of 18.
  3. • There is no violations of the provisions of the regulatory regulations of chanting.
