The Invest Easy portal (One Stop Shop) provides fast and easy e-services to help set up and manage companies in Oman. Using the e-services helps minimize paperwork and save costs and time.


Customs (Bayan)

Bayan system is an online one-stop-shop offered by the Royal Oman Police (ROP) - Directorate General of Customs that facilitates seamless, convenient and fast clearance of goods for trading communities.

Service Description

A request to re -register the student who is discontinued from the study according to the requirements used in this regard.

  1. - The attachments to be downloaded by the student:
  2. • Reasons for interruption (approved by the competent authorities)
  3. • A letter from the Ministry of Labor stating that the student (not working)
  4. The attachments to be downloaded by the educational institution:
  5. • Detect the approved signs of the student
  1. The controls mentioned in Ministerial Resolution No. (30/2018) are applied according to the following:
  2. A) The authority to see the excuse provided to restore the registration to the Director General of the missions, and the student is re -enrolled, provided that the controls are not disturbed by the controls below:
  3. 1- That the student’s withdrawal or discontinuation of the study must be for a period not exceeding (two semesters), so that this is calculated as a stop for the flow of the mission.
  4. 2- The student must provide the documentary documents ratified by the competent authorities that clarify the reasons for the interruption of the study.
  5. 3- To obtain a non-reluctance from the educational institution that is sent to it,
