Service Description


Service to renew the installation and maintenance of gas cylinders installation and delivery

  1. -Valid copy of the Commercial Registration.
  2. -Company's undertaking stating that the equipment and devices to be installed are approved and compliant with the approved standard specifications in this field.
  3. -Copies of educational certificates that prove the qualification of employees engaged in the required activity, attested by relevant authorities.
  4. -Proof of registration of engineers and their practice of the profession in the company for Omani citizens (from the Ministry of Labour, General Authority for Social Insurance, or any other relevant authority).
  5. -Copy of the residency card for engineers and technicians, along with evidence of their practice of the profession in the company for expatriates.
  6. -Documentation demonstrating the availability of necessary equipment and devices for conducting installations, maintenance, and inspections as per the required licensed activity.
  7. -Copy of the Civil Defence license (for the establishment/shop/workshop).
  8. -Attach the inspection procedure, a sample of the inspection certificate, and provide information about the required devices, along with qualified and specialized technicians for maintenance work.

  6. The request is established by the specialists in the General Administration of Civil Protection in order to evaluate technicians in terms of their rehabilitation of installation and maintenance operations and to ensure that the equipment and devices needed for that are provided.
