- • Technical certificate proving the validity of the tanker from the manufacturing company and specifically for the tanker to be from a company approved by the General Directorate of Civil Defense.
- • Correspondence from the supplying companies and those responsible for installing civil defense equipment and devices, confirming their suitability, inspection, and performance, accompanied by copies of valid compliance and practice certificates for such installations.
- • A copy of the contract between the vehicle owner and the transporter of the material to be transported.
- • A copy of the environmental and climatic affairs authority's import permit for the material.
- • A valid copy of the vehicle ownership document.
- • A copy of the Civil Defense license for the warehouse in case of transporting hazardous materials.
- • A copy of the emergency plan showing how to deal with emergency situations.
- • An undertaking by the company to take all necessary measures related to handling vehicle accidents, cleaning up the aftermath, and transporting materials and vehicles as quickly as possible.
- • For vehicles transporting hazardous materials with a maximum load exceeding three tons, a battery isolator must be installed.
