Service Description


Ensuring the quality, safety, and integrity of pharmaceuticals, health products, and herbal products in the form of pharmaceutical doses that are imported, exported, and re-exported to and from the Sultanate, and verifying their compliance with Gulf and international manufacturing and quality regulations.

  1. - Invoice of the order (including import and export).
  2. - Batch analysis certificate.
  3. - Local purchase order (for government entities).
  4. - Pharmaceutical product registration certificate (in case of importing products under a local agent's name).
  5. - Import approval if the pharmaceutical product registration certificate is not available.
  6. - Purchase order from abroad in case of export.
  7. - Non-objection certificate in case of importing controlled drugs (narcotics and psychotropic substances).
  8. - Health certificate and dioxin-free certificate in case of importing dairy products.
  9. - Biological certificate in case of importing biological products.
  1. - A licensed warehouse from the Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Control Department
