Service Description


Prior written approval from the authority, requested by the licensee, for changing control in the licensed company by altering the percentage of shares owned, in accordance with the terms and conditions set by the authority.

  6. - Letter of commitment signed by the authorized signatory on behalf of the shareholder or sponsor (parent company)
