Service Description

Submit the owner of the request or the commissioner to sign or delegate of an intellectual ownership of an intellectual office to request the technical research and examination of the requests submitted regarding the essence of the topic to ensure that he fulfills the conditions referred to in Article (3) Paragraph 3,2.1 to issue a decision to grant or refuse the patent of the submitted by individuals / companies .
