Service Description


A service is provided for the purpose of obtaining a permit to transfer the possession of Omani wild animals from the old owner to a new owner

  1. - Royal Decree No. 6/2003 issuing the Natural Reserves Law and preserving the innate neighborhoods
  2. Royal Decree No. (114/2001) to issue the Environmental Protection and Control of Pollution Law
  3. - Ministerial Resolution No. (110/2007) to issue the executive regulations of the Natural Reserves Law and the preservation of innate neighborhoods
  4. - Ministerial Resolution No. (101/2002) for a prohibition of hunting, arresting or shooting animals wherever they are found in the Sultanate
  5. Other conditions:
  6. - The party from which this permit must be informed in case of wanting to dispose of these Omani wild animals
  7. - The births or dead biology should be registered with the party from which this statement was issued
  8. It is strictly prohibited to bring the innate neighborhoods from the local environment and domesticate them except with a statement from the commission
