Raising the capital of a public joint stock company
- - A copy of the minutes of the extraordinary general assembly meeting with approval of the private subscription.
- - A copy of the minutes of the board of directors of the board of directors on this increase.
- - The initial draft of the bulletin, the announcement of the issuance and the request for subscription in Arabic.
