Service Description
The limited partnership company is a commercial company consisting of two categories of partners: One or more general partners who are jointly and severally liable for all company obligations. One or more limited partners whose liability for company obligations is limited to their capital contribution. The extent of their participation is specified in the incorporation documents. The stakeholders can apply for obtaining a commercial record (recommendation company) through the self-service portal of "Invest Easy" or through service centers.
