Service Description
A solidarity-based company is a type of commercial company that consists of two or more natural persons who are jointly and severally liable for the company's obligations with all their assets. The liability is transferred to the deceased person's estate for any remaining obligations. The owner applies for a commercial registration (single-person company) through the self-service portal 'Invest Easy' or at the service submission offices.
