  1. -Board of Directors' resolution of the beneficiary entity approving the issuance of the sukuks.
  2. -Certified copy of the company's Articles of Association as per the latest amendment.
  3. -Draft of the issuance prospectus.
  4. -Draft of the issuance announcement.
  5. -Copies of the establishment documents of the beneficiary entity and the special purpose company.
  6. -Copy of the appointment resolution of the bondholders' agent and the contract concluded with him/her.
  7. -Certificate issued by the committee confirming compliance with Islamic Shariah provisions for the issuance.
  8. -Receipt indicating payment of the prescribed fees for the approval of the issuance prospectus.
