Service Description
The requested service is to establish a sole trader commercial entity, whereby a single individual establishes a business and assumes personal responsibility for all liabilities with their entire assets. Any individual can establish a sole proprietorship, and it will be registered under their name. The applicant (the interested party) can apply for obtaining a commercial registration (sole trader) through the self-service feature on the "Invest Easy" portal or by visiting service centers to apply in person.
