Service Description


Franchise companies import petroleum goods (related to production, exploration, and drilling) through the procedures of the Royal Oman Police - General Directorate of Customs, whether by land or sea. Afterward, these companies submit the customs documents detailing the shipment of petroleum goods to the Companies Tenders Follow-up Department. The received invoices are reviewed and then forwarded to the Internal Audit Department for verification and approval. Once approved, they are sent back to the Companies Tenders Follow-up Department to issue a letter to the Ministry of Finance, endorsed by the Department's Director and the General Manager of Investments, accompanied by copies of the required documents. The Ministry of Finance then decides whether to grant the compensation or not based on the provided information.
