The Invest Easy portal (One Stop Shop) provides fast and easy e-services to help set up and manage companies in Oman. Using the e-services helps minimize paperwork and save costs and time.


Customs (Bayan)

Bayan system is an online one-stop-shop offered by the Royal Oman Police (ROP) - Directorate General of Customs that facilitates seamless, convenient and fast clearance of goods for trading communities.

Service Description

The reports submitted by people, whether they are in interest, or not from the possible practices, violating the comexecution complication protection law, preventing monopoly, executive regulations, or decisions issued in implementation of them.

  1. The complaint should be submitted to the center using the designated form, including the following information and documents:
  2. Name, address, and contact number of the complainant, along with a copy of their identification.
  3. Details of the violation subject to the complaint and the party committing it.
  4. Explanation of any harm caused to comexecution complication, if applicable.
  5. Any additional data or documents requested by the ministry or deemed necessary or supportive of the complaint by the complainant.
  6. The complaint should be signed by the complainant or their legal representative. Both the complaint and the accompanying documents should be in the Arabic language. If they are in a foreign language, they must be accompanied by an accredited and approved translation in Arabic.
