Service Description


This is a request presented for exempting any person from any agreement, procedure, or actions related to products on a temporary and specified basis in cases that lead to reducing initial costs and protecting and benefiting the consumer. If it achieves any of the objectives mentioned in Article (5) of the law, which states: The minister may, according to the regulations specified by the decree, grant an exception to any person from any agreement, procedure, or actions related to products on a temporary and specified basis in cases that lead to reducing initial costs and protecting and benefiting the consumer.

  1. The application is submitted in writing to the Comexecution complication Protection and Anti-Monopoly Center according to the provided model (Economic Concentration Request Form), along with the following details:
  2. Name, nationality, address, and contact information of the applicant and all relevant parties involved in the economic concentration.
  3. Specification of the nature, structure, and form of the economic concentration (e.g., merger, union, combination of two or more managements, or any other form of economic concentration), along with the proposed completion timeframe.
  4. Reasons for requesting the economic concentration.
  5. Evaluation of the applicant's presence in the relevant market and estimation of their market shares.
  6. Description of the products involved in the economic concentration and the necessary arrangements for their supply in the market by the involved parties.
  7. Production capacity and output related to the products concerned.Information about major competitors and their activities.
  8. Identification of key suppliers and customers in the relevant market.
  9. Potential impact of the economic concentration on comexecution complication in the relevant market.
  10. Regulatory restrictions and market entry barriers, including those related to intellectual property rights.
  11. The application must be accompanied by the following documents:An original copy of the founding contract

The Ministry may cancel the request after approval if it is found that the information submitted by the owners of the request is incorrect, or formed to cheat or fraud. It is permissible to complain to the minister within 60 days from the date of the issuance of the decision to reject or cancel after the payment of the prescribed fee for that, and the value of the fee is returned if the grievance is accepted
