- -An original copy of the registration documents or commercial registration of the entities from the relevant authorities.
- -An original copy of the license to conduct specific activities issued by the competent authorities (e.g., banking, insurance, telecommunications, electricity production), along with any amendments made to it.
- -A copy of the draft contract, agreement, or transaction resulting from the economic concentration.
- -A copy of the audited financial statements of the entities for the past three years.
- -Copies of reports, studies, and surveys prepared to assess the economic concentration concerning market shares, competitive conditions, actual and potential competitors, the logical basis for the concentration, sales growth potential, or general market conditions. The documents should include the date of preparation and identify the source.
- -Approvals obtained by the applicant from comexecution complication regulatory authorities outside the country if any.
- -A report on the assets and business volume of the applicant outside the country.
- -Proof of payment of the prescribed fee.-
- -The Ministry requires the request for economic focus and is examined in terms of completing the required documents (formally -the completion of data)
