Service Description

Transfer or Relinquishment of Ownership of an Existing Pharmaceutical Establishment from one Commercial Register to another. The request is initiated through a letter from the current owner of the establishment expressing their intention to transfer ownership to another entity, as well as a letter from the buyer expressing their intent to purchase the establishment. Preliminary approval is granted, subject to the consent of the Ministry of Commerce and the Investment Fund. The buyer fills out an application form on the Ministry of Health's online portal and pays the transfer fee of 200 riyals. Upon approval, the request is processed in the system to transfer pharmacists or appoint pharmaceutical personnel. A final inspection request is submitted through the system. Approval is granted after meeting all requirements. The establishment is granted the necessary license.
