Business (Invest Easy)

The Invest Easy portal (One Stop Shop) provides fast and easy e-services to help set up and manage companies in Oman. Using the e-services helps minimize paperwork and save costs and time.


Customs (Bayan)

Bayan system is an online one-stop-shop offered by the Royal Oman Police (ROP) - Directorate General of Customs that facilitates seamless, convenient and fast clearance of goods for trading communities.



Ministry of Manpower provides a single online platform to the Citizens and Business Owners to find services related information and apply for those services through a unified and easy to use application.

Service Description

This service allows individuals to register with adult education

  1. 1. The personal card, or the resident card for non-Omanis, for those who meet the conditions.
  2. 2. The academic certificate for the last academic grade that the student completed successfully, or the equivalence of the certificate (if the certificate was issued outside the Sultanate, it is necessary to obtain its evaluation by the specialists of the Center for Educational Measurement and Evaluation.
  3. 3. Social Security Card for Social Security holders.
  4. 4. A no-objection letter from the employer, if the student works in an institution.
  5. 5. A letter from the employer proving that the learner works in the governorate, in case the student wants to register in a governorate other than the governorate registered in the ID card as a permanent address.
  1. 1. Registration is available electronically in the educational portal during the specified registration period.
  2. 2. The learner has the right to register in the aforementioned governorate as a permanent title or in the province that has the headquarters of his work, provided that what is proven from the employer is attached to the employer that it works in this province.
  3. 3. The learner pays the registration fees scheduled for it via the electronic payment link.
  4. 4. The request is reviewed by the Registration Follow -up Committee in the educational directorates in the governorates.
