Service Description


A service provided to citizens wishing to obtain a survey drawing to license their existing, old, unlicensed sites, whether housing or barns.

  1. - ID Card.
  2. Fill out the restoration form on a location in the range of rural housing, certified by the stamp of an accredited sheikh.
  3. - A legitimate agency in case the request is in the name of heirs.

The beneficiary submits the request to attend personally to the governor’s office or the prosecution according to the housing area to which he is affiliated with and submit personal evidence and fill out a restoration application form on the position of the Qa’im in the range of rural housing, certified by a seal of an accredited sheikh from the area

The team specialized in the office of the governor or the prosecution, according to the dependency of the housing area, discusses the request and ensures its entitlement, makes the necessary recommendation in this regard, then referred it to the rural housing department of the General Directorate of State Affairs to study.
