Service Description
A service provided to citizens who want to complete the legal space of a land within the scope of rural housing when its area is less than the legal space (1400 m 2)
- - ID Card.
- - License of surveying the plot of land.
- An animal possession from the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries.
- Fill out the required form, certified by the seal of an accredited sheikh from the area.
- - A legitimate agency in case the request is in the name of heirs.
- - The licensed site should be less than the legal space (1400 m 2).
- - The current space is to be exploited and not sufficient.

- The beneficiary submits the request to attend personally to the governor’s office or the prosecution, according to the housing area to which he belongs, to submit personal evidence and fill out the required form certified by the seal of a sheikh accredited from the area.

- The team specialized in the office of the governor or the prosecution is studying the request and ensuring its entitlement, making the necessary recommendation in this regard, then referring it to the Rural Housing Regulatory Department of the General Directorate of State Affairs to study.
