Service Description
The association can be dissolved by a decree from the minister, and the decision to dissolve the association is communicated to the association through a registered letter and published in the official gazette in the following circumstances: If it is proven that the association is unable to achieve the purpose or purposes for which it was established. If it has misused its funds for purposes other than those specified for it according to its objectives. If its general assembly meeting cannot be held for two consecutive years. If it commits a serious violation of this law or the regulations issued pursuant to it or violates the regulations or ethics. This applies to professional associations, women's associations, and charitable associations.
