Business (Invest Easy)

The Invest Easy portal (One Stop Shop) provides fast and easy e-services to help set up and manage companies in Oman. Using the e-services helps minimize paperwork and save costs and time.


Customs (Bayan)

Bayan system is an online one-stop-shop offered by the Royal Oman Police (ROP) - Directorate General of Customs that facilitates seamless, convenient and fast clearance of goods for trading communities.

Service Description

The General Assembly consists of all members who have fulfilled the obligations imposed on them according to the Associations/Clubs system and have been members for at least six months, except for the first meeting. The service allows requesting the convening of a General Assembly (ordinary or extraordinary).

  1. The previous documents for the meeting:
  2. • Notify the ministry at least fifteen days before the general assembly meeting.
  3. • Report from the board of directors on the activities of the past year and the proposed action plan for the next year.
  4. • General budget and financial statement for the ended fiscal year and the proposed budget for the new year.
  5. • Report from the auditor.
  6. • Letter of invitation to attend the general assembly meeting.
  7. • List of members entitled to attend the general assembly meeting.
  8. • List of members running for the board of directors (if applicable) and the nomination form.
  9. The subsequent documents for the meeting:
  10. • Minutes of the general assembly meeting and the decisions taken.
  11. • List of members present at the general assembly meeting (the legal quorum, which consists of half +1, including signatures of attendees and copies of proxies, if any, and copies of the personal IDs of the proxy and the person being represented).
  12. • List of elected board of directors members and copies of their IDs.
  13. • Unified letter to a bank to change the authorized signatories for the association's bank account.
