Service Description

The General Assembly consists of all members who have fulfilled the obligations imposed on them according to the Associations/Clubs system and have been members for at least six months, except for the first meeting. The service allows requesting the convening of a General Assembly (ordinary or extraordinary).

  1. The previous documents for the meeting:
  2. • Notify the ministry at least fifteen days before the general assembly meeting.
  3. • Report from the board of directors on the activities of the past year and the proposed action plan for the next year.
  4. • General budget and financial statement for the ended fiscal year and the proposed budget for the new year.
  5. • Report from the auditor.
  6. • Letter of invitation to attend the general assembly meeting.
  7. • List of members entitled to attend the general assembly meeting.
  8. • List of members running for the board of directors (if applicable) and the nomination form.

  11. • Minutes of the general assembly meeting and the decisions taken.
  12. • List of members present at the general assembly meeting (the legal quorum, which consists of half +1, including signatures of attendees and copies of proxies, if any, and copies of the personal IDs of the proxy and the person being represented).

  14. • Unified letter to a bank to change the authorized signatories for the association's bank account.
