Business (Invest Easy)

The Invest Easy portal (One Stop Shop) provides fast and easy e-services to help set up and manage companies in Oman. Using the e-services helps minimize paperwork and save costs and time.


Customs (Bayan)

Bayan system is an online one-stop-shop offered by the Royal Oman Police (ROP) - Directorate General of Customs that facilitates seamless, convenient and fast clearance of goods for trading communities.

Service Description

Request for approval of activities and programs provided by the association (professional/ Omani Women's Association/ charitable association) or community clubs that serve its objectives and enhance its performance level, whether lectures, courses, conferences, or any other activities.

  1. External Hosting:
  2. • Fill out the hosting form for the hosted individual and provide a copy of their passport and curriculum vitae.
  3. • Inform the ministry of the details mentioned in the first item three months prior to the scheduled program.
  4. External Participation for Association Members:
  5. • Names of participating members.
  6. • Fill out the participation form and submit it to the ministry 30 days before the participation date.
  7. • Complete the benefits and outcomes form from the participation.
