Service Description


This system is used to submit requests for correction of the second/ third name with the name of the tribe

  1. A passport-sized photo of the person requesting the document.
  2. A copy of the passport or national identification card.
  3. Copies of passports (father, siblings, Omani relatives on the father's side).
  4. Witness form, kinship acknowledgment form.
  5. Court ruling of proving lineage or legal acknowledgment in case of proving lineage.

In the event that the second / third name is corrected with the name of the tribe, all brothers must be submitted with the same claim in the event of the father’s death, with the necessity of bringing in the court’s proportions or the inheritance of heirs and what is proven to be the death of the father.
