The Invest Easy portal (One Stop Shop) provides fast and easy e-services to help set up and manage companies in Oman. Using the e-services helps minimize paperwork and save costs and time.


Customs (Bayan)

Bayan system is an online one-stop-shop offered by the Royal Oman Police (ROP) - Directorate General of Customs that facilitates seamless, convenient and fast clearance of goods for trading communities.



Ministry of Manpower provides a single online platform to the Citizens and Business Owners to find services related information and apply for those services through a unified and easy to use application.

Service Description

Licenses are issued for individuals and companies interested in fish unloading and offloading at fishing ports, fish landing centers, and local and central fish markets.

  1. 1- Copy of the personal ID card of authorized signatories.
  2. 2- Copy of the certificate/membership card.
  3. 3- Copy of the commercial registration.
  4. 4- Receipt of the public auction on the institution or company (copy of the contract with the ministry).
  5. 5- Copy of the municipal license.
  1. 1- Announcing the request of an institution to unload and download fish for the market by the competent authority.
  2. 2- Establishing the auction.
  3. 3- That the company or institution be registered.
  4. 4- Submit the application and fill the form.
  5. 5- Pay the prescribed fees.
