Customs (Bayan)

Bayan system is an online one-stop-shop offered by the Royal Oman Police (ROP) - Directorate General of Customs that facilitates seamless, convenient and fast clearance of goods for trading communities.

Service Description

This is the service through which a request is made to transfer goods or vehicles stored within the free zone for the purpose of repair, maintenance, and then return them to the free zone.

  1. 1- Electronic Repair Request sent by an authorized clearance company or a representative of the concerned party.
