The Invest Easy portal (One Stop Shop) provides fast and easy e-services to help set up and manage companies in Oman. Using the e-services helps minimize paperwork and save costs and time.


Customs (Bayan)

Bayan system is an online one-stop-shop offered by the Royal Oman Police (ROP) - Directorate General of Customs that facilitates seamless, convenient and fast clearance of goods for trading communities.

Service Description

This service provides obtaining approval for the renewal of a previous approval request related to airport obstacles, ensuring that the Civil Aviation Authority confirms that there is no impact on aviation safety as part of its commitment to preventing obstacles at all airports in the Sultanate.

  1. Personal ID (original and/or copy) or passport (original and/or copy).
  2. Official letter addressed to the Airport Safety Department Manager seeking approval for the building's height, including the following details:
  3. o Building height and specified use of the building (from the landowner or their authorized representative).
  4. o Copy of the landowner's ID card.
  5. o Image showing the property ownership.
  6. o Copy of the site plan indicating the coordinates.
  7. o Certified engineering plan of the project on A3-size paper, specifying the building's height above the ground.
