Service Description
It involves donating a fixed asset which can produce a financial return for a specific use as a charitable purpose.
- A document that proves that the asset that the Waqif intends to dedicate as an endowment is owned by them with a clear and established ownership, or they act as an agent or guardian over it.
- A- Conditions of the endowment:
- - To be worthy of donation according to the regulations of legal eligibility.
- His will is correct free of defects when creating the endowment.
- To fulfill the legal age.
- - To be Omani or citizens of the Cooperation Council states.
- B- The conditions of the arrested:
- To be useless money.
- - To be owned by the endowment.
- - To be known to the endowment is a navigator of ignorance when creating the endowment.

- - To be the righteous side.
