Business (Invest Easy)

The Invest Easy portal (One Stop Shop) provides fast and easy e-services to help set up and manage companies in Oman. Using the e-services helps minimize paperwork and save costs and time.


Customs (Bayan)

Bayan system is an online one-stop-shop offered by the Royal Oman Police (ROP) - Directorate General of Customs that facilitates seamless, convenient and fast clearance of goods for trading communities.

Service Description

Service to Obtain Approval for Building/Structure Height Increase (Public): This service is requested to ensure that the building does not affect the safety of air traffic and to protect airport surfaces from obstacles across all airports in the Sultanate.

  1. Original and/or copy of the Personal ID Card or Passport (Original and/or copy).
  2. Official letter addressed to the Airports Safety Department Director for approval of the service, including the following information:
  3. o Table indicating the coordinates of the proposed site for each tower with WGS84 (degrees, minutes, and seconds).
  4. o Proposed ground elevation above sea level and tower elevation above ground level.
  5. o A certified engineering plan of the project by the consultant in A3 size, specifying the tower height above ground level.
