The Invest Easy portal (One Stop Shop) provides fast and easy e-services to help set up and manage companies in Oman. Using the e-services helps minimize paperwork and save costs and time.


Customs (Bayan)

Bayan system is an online one-stop-shop offered by the Royal Oman Police (ROP) - Directorate General of Customs that facilitates seamless, convenient and fast clearance of goods for trading communities.

Service Description

Providing appropriate opinions and proposals that guarantee improving and developing work in the project and providing possible solutions to confront the difficulties and challenges that the project may face, whether through a direct request from the beneficiary of this service or from the departments and other departments in the authority or on the initiative of the Consulting Department to organize consulting sessions to develop entrepreneurs projects .

  6. All requests for advisory services are transferred to the authority’s competent department. Study the request and determine the importance of the case (urgent, normal). Determine the date of the consulting session and notify the pioneer of the work on the date of the session. Prepare a report of advice and recommendations. In the event that consulting resulted in multiple needs of the project related to more than one section, the report and recommendations are sent to the relevant departments together, as the situation is transferred to the specialized section (marketing, training and business development .... etc). The results of the advice, recommendations and services provided by other sections are followed up
