Service Description
Request to retrieve the financial amount deposited in the case as a guarantee (financial guarantee)

- Legal Agency
- - The approval of the competent member/ director of the department.
- -Delivery of the amount deposit.
- -The amount of fines is deducted (if any)

- The application is submitted by the convict or whoever represents it legally through the electronic public prosecutor portal/ attendance personally

- The request is studied by the competent member/ director of the department, and the report is in it.
