Business (Invest Easy)

The Invest Easy portal (One Stop Shop) provides fast and easy e-services to help set up and manage companies in Oman. Using the e-services helps minimize paperwork and save costs and time.


Customs (Bayan)

Bayan system is an online one-stop-shop offered by the Royal Oman Police (ROP) - Directorate General of Customs that facilitates seamless, convenient and fast clearance of goods for trading communities.



Ministry of Manpower provides a single online platform to the Citizens and Business Owners to find services related information and apply for those services through a unified and easy to use application.

Service Description

The Airport Safety Department will review the proposed plan for the applicant in relation to airport facilities and construction and operation of the airport in order to help the applicant to comply with national and international standards and regulations.

  1. - Surveying airports and obstacles
  2. - Air study and risk study
  3. - 1:1000 scale airport chart showing all obstacles. Airport borders, and all operational airspace infrastructure
  4. - 1:500 scale yard plan showing all aircraft parking lots, markings, dimensions and operational air infrastructure
  5. - Draft Airport Certification Checklist
  6. Submit the application to the Directorate General for Civil Aviation Regulation along with the required documents
  7. Pay the service fee
  8. Note: The Airport Safety Department may request any other documents during the study of the application
