Service Description

It is the service through which a request for issuing a license to carry out an investment activity (industrial, non -industrial, technical, education, training and Development) is submitted by the investor who built within the industrial cities or the free zone in Al Mazyonah to start investment activity

If the type of license is an industrial activity 1- If the area is 5000 square meters or less- 400 OMR annually 2- If the area is more than 5000 square meters- 800 OMR annually 3- If the area is 1500 square meters or less+ a pioneering card- 100 OMR annually If the type of license is any activity without industrial activity 1- If the area is 5000 square meters or less- 800 OMR annually 2- If the area is more than 5000 square meters- 1800 OMR annually If the type of license is an activity without industrial and technical activity and the rented area is less than 500 square meters - 250 OMR annually If the type of license is any activity for small and medium enterprises and the area is less than 1500 - 100 OMR annually If the license type is development - a major developer - 1000 riyals annually If the type of license is developing - a sub -developer - 2000 riyals annually If the type of license is developing - operator - 2000 riyals annually If the type of license is to have information technology activities - 500 riyals annually The above fees include a luminous banner on the front of the building, added (10) ten riyals For each square meter, more than 6 square meters, in line with the technical requirements of each region.
