Service Description


Airlines (the national airlines) submit a request to operate regular and scheduled flights between the two countries at the best of the bilateral agreement signed between the Sultanate of Oman and the company of the company's registration.

  1. o Operating request (summer/winter)
  2. o A letter of appointment to the company (the first request only if it is not appointed by the company's state)
  3. O scac for Omani companies only
  4. o Approvals of time and ground handling company
  5. o Registration of the company in the airport security system (Royal Oman Police)
  6. o Aircraft certificates (first request)
  7. o Aviation Security Program (first request)
  8. o Local agent data (first request)
  1. The application must be submitted before the start of the season by (30) days
