The Invest Easy portal (One Stop Shop) provides fast and easy e-services to help set up and manage companies in Oman. Using the e-services helps minimize paperwork and save costs and time.


Customs (Bayan)

Bayan system is an online one-stop-shop offered by the Royal Oman Police (ROP) - Directorate General of Customs that facilitates seamless, convenient and fast clearance of goods for trading communities.

Service Description

This service allows electricity companies to obtain the final approval of licenses for the establishment of sub -electricity distribution stations inside Dhofar Governorate.

  1. 1- A copy of: Crockery, or the general location approved by the Ministry of Housing and the Electricity Company (ownership in the event of an annex inside a plot of land)
  2. 2- Engineering graphics accredited by the Electricity Company, the Ministry of Housing (and reviewing the municipality’s technical services department in the event of an extension of the license outside the plot of land)
  3. 3- A letter from the electricity company
  4. 4- A certificate of surveying signs or technical report, according to the requirement
  5. 5- The rental contract or the use contract between the electricity company and the landowner in the event of a license inside the land piece
